Grind or Game?

Grind or Game?

Laurel_leg_behind_headThe Daily Grind. You live it every day.

Yet, you can’t seem to make sense of it because it’s actually the life you’ve chosen….you ARE living your dream.

Except that, at the end of the day, you’re exhausted and there just doesn’t seem to be any time leftover for YOU.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone! I’ve experienced this myself and after a lot of interviews with my students, I found out it was an epidemic. Work-life balance is tough!

But here’s the good news. After almost 20 years of research, I’ve uncovered the secret to ditching the grind and bringing back fun, play and energy.

I systematically teach my private yoga clients, teacher trainees and yoga students to do this. But right now, I’m going to give you one quick tip of two powerful secrets that will rock your world, if you do them.

Woman doing yoga meditation at homeThe first step is an inside job. You must get really clear about what it is that you want. This is no easy task! The careers we land in aren’t always 100% aligned with our creative, authentic passion & purpose. We are often influenced by extrinsic factors—what our culture or family says we should be as a woman, man, member of our families, and the duties that go along with the roles we find ourselves in as mother, father, daughter, son, sister, wife, husband, etc. The extrinsic noise can be so loud that we cannot here the intrinsic voice. To do that, you absolutely must get very, very quiet and still—frequently. Get started now with my Free Magic 5-Minute Meditation!

Love and brilliance,
