Kris Wilson

Kris Wilson first started teaching in the group fitness industry in 1997. After attending different styles of yoga classes she attended a seminar on meditation taught by Laurel Hodory. She was thrilled to learn the physical benefits of the pranayama (breathing) practice. It was here Kris felt drawn into Laurel’s in-depth knowledge of the benefits of yoga, Philosophy and anatomy. After an intensive 200 hour teacher training with Laurel and faculty, Kris received her certificate in March of 2013. As a teacher she wants students to feel comfortable and have a sense that they belong, no matter what their level of practice.
