Teacher Graduate & Intern Julie Wojno“The internship makes this program truly unique. Interning has provided me the space and time to find my authentic voice as a yoga teacher, even before graduating from the program! Being able to confidently assist my students so that they are able to access poses with more ease and in a deeper, more beneficial way has been so exciting for me. I love helping students find their own ‘ah-ha’ moments on the mat through both verbal and hands-on assisting. I would not have been able to do this without learning and practicing the GURU method as well as learning about anatomy, form and action of postures during training weekends.”
Julie teaches at The Yoga Training Center on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm. You can also find her teaching spinning classes at Cycle614!
