Soar With Me!

Yesterday, a student in class made her way into her first one-armed handstand.  The look of joy on her face made my day, and hers too!  She couldn’t believe what she had done!  She had broken the barrier– gone beyond all that she thought was possible.

The yoga teachings explain that when we are no longer hostage to our thoughts– and self- doubts– we have attained freedom, or kaivalya.  An ability to see our True Nature.  This freedom happens in small moments at first, but as we practice, it increases and becomes more consistent.

It helps when a teacher can see our potential and guide us along the way, even when we’re fearful or doubtful of our capacity.

That’s my raison d’etre.  I want you to soar!

Just this morning I met with a private client.  Afterwards, she said, “I have a great therapist I work with, but what you just taught me has moved mountains!  It’s incredible, terrifying and exciting all at once.”

Won’t you join me in soaring to new heights on the mat in one of my upcoming events or classes? Begin to believe the unbelievable by taking the first step and investing in your potential– and investing in something that you WANT to do.  I can’t promise where you will soar to, but I promise, you’ll soar!  Sample Schedule at left.

Love and light,
