Yoga Sprint is short, powerful yoga class based on the teachings of vinyasa karma. A constantly moving sequence of postures the class is both energizing and calming at once. Students must be familiar with ujjayi breath and sun salutation.

Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm Yoga for Busy People: A Yoga Nidra Practice to Tone Your Mental Muscles
Yoga for Busy People includes both yoga and silent sitting meditation. The course focuses on your individual needs—something most ordinary yoga classes can’t do. You’ll receive a private lesson with Laurel to target the areas in your body that need more attention.
